TICKETS:
When and where can I reserve tickets?
You are able to reserve tickets online, click here to book your tickets
How much are tickets?
Tickets are free, but the event is first come, first served
How many tickets can I reserve?
As many that are available. First come, first served.
Do children need a ticket?
Children one year old and younger will not need a ticket.
All other children must have a ticket for the Christmas Production services or registered for Children’s Church (not showing the Christmas production)
Children’s Church will be available for children 1-6 years of age each during each Christmas Production Service.
CHECK-IN:
Can I come even without tickets?
Yes, you can come even if you do not have a ticket. However, you will need to wait at the standby area until we have seated those who have reserved seats. This will be available on a first come, first served basis. Reserved seats will be given away 5 minutes before the service starts and seating will be closed 10 minutes after the service begins.
Does my whole group have to check-in together?
Yes, your whole group will need to be together in order to check-in. This ensures that our check-in process runs smoothly and efficiently. Please wait until your entire group or family is here before getting in line to check-in.
When will doors open?
Doors open 30-minutes prior to service. All people are asked to arrive 15-minutes before the service starts & registered seats will be given away 5-minutes before the service starts.
Where do I check-in?
We will have two lines outside of the entrance for those registered and those who are not registered.
What time does check-in end?
Check-in will end 10 minutes after the service starts. All reserved seats will be given away to those who are waiting without registration 5 minutes before service starts. Please be sure to arrive no later than 15 minutes before the service time to ensure you can be seated.

Are food or drinks allowed in the rooms?
Food and beverage will not be allowed on the premises to ensure a sanitized environment. Water and small snacks for children will be allowed.
Can I take my strollers inside?
Strollers will not be allowed into the main hall and will need to be parked outside the building or in the hallways.
